Darryl Lovegrove and his 18 year old daughter Harmony have been delighting audiences of all generations and demographics at corporate events, charity fundraisers, conferences, private and special events since 2009. In 2012 they received the highest accolade in the special events industry when they won ‘Entertainer of the Year’ at the Australian Event Awards.
Performing a combination of duets and solos, Broadway blockbusters and operatic arias they also present their own unique take on contemporary classics such as The Prayer, What the World Needs Now, Time to Say Goodbye and If I can Dream.
Darryl is best known for his portrayal of ‘Jesus’ in Jesus Christ Superstar opposite Jon Stevens and Deni Hines. His extensive theatrical credits include joining the original Australian cast of Les Miserables, Chess and alongside Sarah Brightman in The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber before playing John Lennon in the NZ tour of Looking through a glass onion.
Harmony was a semi-finalist in Network 10’s revival of ‘Young Talent Time’ where judge Tina Arena compared her to a young Barbra Streisand. She became the longest running featured artist in the Schools Spectacular from 2010 to 2017 and was the youngest artist to be accepted into Sydney’s prestigious Talent Development Project.
